PbN uses automatic and manual top-up processes to ensure accounts stay positive and practices can keep running smoothly. This prevents financial issues and ensures that PbN maintains a stable platform for all users. Top-ups also help protect PbN from financial risks.

Note: The practice will be charged a $0.18 fee for each top-up to cover processing costs.

Action Steps for the Support Team

To avoid issues with payments and chargebacks, make sure all customers using PbN Payments, including new ones, add Adyen’s ACH ID (8263863381) to their allow list.

What to Do When an Undefendable Chargeback Happens

  1. Inform the Practice
Let the practice know about the chargeback. Remind them to keep their PbN balance positive to avoid more chargebacks. The next top-up happens every Friday at 11:50 PM, so they should ensure their balance stays above the minimum.

  2. Explain the Chargeback
Let the practice know that this chargeback cannot be contested. Advise them not to act on it, as it’s undefendable. This will help set their expectations and avoid confusion.

  3. ACH ID Reminder
Remind the practice to add Adyen’s ACH ID (8263863381) to their allow list to avoid future payment issues.

Email Notifications

The Support and Dispute Handling teams ([email protected]) will be notified via email when these chargebacks occur.
