Instantly Activate a Follow-Up Campaign

To quickly activate a follow-up campaign, follow these steps:

1. Access Campaigns:

  • Click on the Person Icon located in the top right corner of your Practice by Numbers page.

  • Select "Campaigns" from the dropdown menu.

2. Locate the Campaign

  • On the Campaigns page, browse the list to find the campaign you want to activate.

  • Click on the row of the campaign to open its options menu.

3. Activate the Campaign:

  • Click "Inactive" to move the campaign to Active in the menu that appears.

  • The campaign will immediately move from inactive to active status and begin functioning as configured.

4. Customize Settings

  • You can modify the campaign's settings to fit your needs:

    • Adjust the timing and frequency of messages.

    • Customize the content to match your practice’s tone and branding.

    • Review and fine-tune the criteria for which patients are included in the campaign.
