Demo Mode in Practice by Numbers (PbN) allows you to demonstrate the system while hiding patient data or Protected Health Information (PHI) from unauthorized individuals. This feature ensures sensitive information remains secure during demonstrations.
Steps to Enable Demo Mode
Log In to PbN
Sign in to your Practice by Numbers account.Access Demo Settings
Open a new tab in your web browser.
Navigate to the Demo Settings page by entering the following URL:
https://app.practicenumbers.com/admin/demo-settings.
Activate Demo Mode
Check the box labeled Demo Mode to enable it.
Note: When Demo Mode is active, your practice name will be replaced with a placeholder.
Deactivate Demo Mode
Return to the Demo Settings page.
Uncheck the Demo Mode box to disable it.
Using Demo Mode ensures you can showcase PbN's capabilities without exposing sensitive information.
