Treatment plans can now be filtered by the treatment coordinator. This enhancement is designed to provide more granular insights and improve the tracking and management of treatment plans. The new filter is available in specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making it easier to monitor and analyze data based on the treatment coordinator.

Where to Find the Treatment Coordinator Filter

The Treatment Coordinator filter can be found in the following KPIs within PracticeIQ:

  1. All Treatment Plans by Provider

    • Path: PracticeIQ > Role Based > Treatment Coordinator > All Treatment Plans by Provider

  2. New Patient Treatment Plans by Provider

    • Path: PracticeIQ > Role Based > Treatment Coordinator > New Patient Treatment Plans by Provider

How to Use the Treatment Coordinator Filter

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the desired KPI

    • Go to PracticeIQ.

    • Select "Role Based" from the navigation menu.

    • Choose "Treatment Coordinator."

    • Select either "All Treatment Plans by Provider" or "New Patient Treatment Plans by Provider."

  2. Apply the Treatment Coordinator Filter

    • Locate the filter options at the top of the KPI page.

    • Select the "Treatment Coordinator" filter.

    • Choose the desired treatment coordinator from the dropdown list.

  3. View Filtered Results

    • The KPI will now display data filtered by the selected treatment coordinator.

    • Analyze the data to gain insights into the chosen coordinator's performance and management of treatment plans.
