You can set a KPI goal using two methods. First, click the three dots in the upper right corner in the dashboard panel and choose 'Set Goal.' This will open goal options for all KPIs in that panel. Alternatively, clicking the second set of dots enables you to set a goal specifically for that individual KPI.
You can set a target percentage for each month based on last year's figures, or choose a consistent figure for all months. By selecting the Settings icon for each KPI, a window will open where you can specify a custom percentage increase. You can also click on individual months or drag the green icon to manually set a target for that specific month. This flexibility is useful for months with fewer working days or fewer providers. Additionally, by selecting the Provider icon, you can assign individual goals to each provider.
Another method involves accessing the goal settings for all dashboards globally. To do this, click on 'Goals' from the dropdown arrow located at the top right of the screen, where your office settings are found. Each default dashboard will have its own goals page displayed on the left panel. Some KPIs feature a horizontal graph, showing a blue icon in the center that represents last year's metric number. You can drag this icon to establish a new goal, with the actual number appearing to the right. Alternatively, you can manually input the number. By selecting the settings icon, you can view several preset percentage increments.
Once you select your goals, the numbers on the panels will change color based on your progress. An icon will also appear in the graphical area. Hovering the cursor over the number will display the respective goal.
