Before assigning or sharing a custom dashboard, ensure you are familiar with the basics of creating one.

Sharing a Custom Dashboard

Open the Menu

  • Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page.

  • Select the Edit option.

Configure Sharing Settings

  • In the Edit menu, you can find the Shared with section.

  • Click the dropdown menu to choose who can view the dashboard.

  • Options include:

    • Select All – allows complete visibility to all users.

    • Specific individuals or groups – restrict access as needed.

  • Users who have a restricted account will only see the dashboards explicitly shared with them. Otherwise, they will not have access to any dashboard pages.

Dashboard Ownership and Permissions

  • The person who creates a custom dashboard is designated as the Owner.

  • Only the Owner can:

    • Edit the dashboard.

    • Change sharing settings.

    • Delete the dashboard.

  • Non-owners can:

    • Set the dashboard as their Home page.

    • Duplicate the dashboard to use as a template for their own custom page.
