Sometimes, you might notice adjustments in Practice by Numbers (PbN) reports that don't appear in Eaglesoft. This discrepancy occurs because Eaglesoft, by default, hides adjustments resulting from deleted or modified transactions in the patient's ledger.
To view these hidden adjustments in Eaglesoft, follow these steps:
Open the Patient Ledger.
Click on "Edit Filters."
Select the "Deletions and Modifications" filter to reveal these adjustments.
