PbN now provides an AI-driven tool that allows practices to quickly and efficiently create SMS responses. Whether it's replying to a patient’s question, following up on an appointment, or enhancing a handwritten message, AI aids in crafting a professional and impactful reply.
How to Use AI to Draft SMS Responses
Access the SMS Feature
Navigate to the bottom of the PbN page and click on the SMS button.
This will open the messaging interface where you can communicate with patients.
Select the Patient
Find and select the patient you want to message from the list.
The conversation history (if available) will be visible for reference.
Generate an AI-Powered Response
Click on the star icon in the message box to enable AI assistance.
AI will analyze previous messages in the conversation and suggest a relevant response.
If no prior communication exists, AI will draft a well-structured message based on common templates and best practices.
Improve Your Own Message
If you've already written a message but want to refine it, AI can enhance the tone, clarity, and professionalism.
Click the star icon after typing your message to receive an improved version.
Send or Edit the Message
Review the AI-generated response.
Make any necessary edits before sending the message.
Click Send to finalize communication with the patient.
