PbN now allows practices to upload a provider image when the No Provider Selection option is checked in a visit type’s advanced settings. Previously, the system defaulted to a generic male provider image, but now practices can customize this display to better align with their branding and patient experience.
Where to Find This Setting
Navigate to Visit Type Settings
Click on Appointments at the top of the Practice by Numbers interface.
Select Settings from the left-hand menu.
Find Visit Types
Scroll down to the Visit Types section.
Click the gear icon next to the visit type you want to edit.
Enable "No Provider Selection"
Check the box for No Provider Selection to allow patients to book appointments without selecting a specific provider.
Upload a Provider Image
A new option to Upload an Image will appear.
Click Upload, then choose a custom image to represent the visit type.
