In Practice by Numbers, you can group patient forms and consents into packages, making it easy to send or assign them to a patient all at once. Here’s how to create and utilize these form packages:
1. Access Forms Packages:
Navigate to the Forms tab at the top of the page.
On the left side, click on Packages.
2. By default, you'll see a "New Patient Package" available for use.
3. Customize or Create a Package:
You can either edit the existing "New Patient Package" or create a new one.
To customize a package, open the customization menu where you can:
Name the package.
Add a description.
Select the specific forms and consents you want to include.
4. Using the Package:
Once your package is created, you can easily send the grouped forms and consents to a patient without selecting each item individually.
When sending forms, select +Form or +Consent to choose the forms.
In the new window, choose the Forms Packages option at the top.
Click Add to proceed, and then select your preferred method to send the information.
