Multiple treatment plans need to be categorized clearly to ensure accurate Proposed Treatment amounts.

In Eaglesoft, if you create multiple plans for the same problem, it's crucial to manage them properly to avoid duplicating codes in the Presented Treatment amount. If there is a primary or recommended plan, label only that plan as Proposed. After discussing all options with the patient, label the other plans as Rejected. Otherwise, all individual plans will be included in the Presented Treatment KPI, and Eaglesoft will add any duplicate codes if they appear in multiple plans.

If there are multiple plans for the same patient with different procedure codes, label all of them as Proposed. This way, all treatments will be included in the Presented Treatment dollar amount.
