How to use Tasks?

Monitoring Reports with Tasks in Revenue IQ


Revenue IQ allows you to assign tasks to monitor the progress of reports and patient lists, helping to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently. Here’s how you can use this feature:


1. Generate and Select Reports:

  • After generating a report, you can select it by checking the box either in the heading row (which will select all names on the current page) or next to individual patient names.


2. Create and Assign Tasks:

  • Click on the "Create Tasks" button to open a window where you can assign the task and set a due date.




3. View Assigned Tasks:

  • To view all assigned tasks, select the "Tasks" headline at the top of the page, next to Revenue IQ.




4. Assigning Tasks:

  • Depending on the staff member’s role, you may see a drop-down menu to select the assignee. This menu also displays the progress and status of each claim.

 


5. Patient Overview:

  • Click on the blue circular arrow icon on the far right of the report to open the Patient’s Overview.




6. Entering Call Outcomes:

  • The patient details will open in a new window, where you can enter the outcome of phone calls.




7. Creating Tasks from the Treatment Plan:

  • You can also create tasks directly from the Treatment Plan list in the Patient Information Panel.
