Why Does the Insurance AR KPI Display Nothing?
Dentrix does not share insurance claim information with third-party companies. This affects the display of AR amounts in the following ways:
- On the Financial - Summary and Accounts Receivables pages, the total balance includes both what patients owe and what is expected from insurance claims.
- However, this total balance is displayed solely as Patient AR.
- As a result, the Insurance AR and Insurance over 90 KPIs will always display as zero.
