Key Elements
Extension List: Displays all the extensions within the organization, including:
Extension: The extension number.
Inbound Number: The phone number associated with the extension for incoming calls.
Outbound Number: The phone number used for outgoing calls.
User: The name of the user assigned to the extension.
Location: The location where the extension is used.
Search Bar: Allows users to search for specific extensions within the organization.
Options and Actions
Add New: This button enables the addition of new individual extensions to the organization's telephone system.
Create Bulk: This button allows for the bulk creation of multiple extensions at once, streamlining the process for larger organizations or significant updates.
Editing Extension Information
By selecting the pencil icon next to a user's extension, administrators can access and modify the following information:
Basic Information:
Do Not Disturb: Toggle to enable or disable the do not disturb mode for the extension.
Extension Number: View and edit the extension number.
User: Assign or change the user associated with the extension.
Location: Assign or update the location where the extension is used.
Practice: Specify the practice to which the extension belongs.
Inbound Phone Number: Select or change the inbound phone number associated with the extension.
Assigned Direct Dial Numbers: View and modify the direct dial numbers assigned to the extension.
