When a new or unknown patient submits a form, the system now displays their name along with two key details for easy identification:

  1. New Patient Identifier: Displayed as "NP" to indicate the patient is new.

  2. Date of Birth (DoB): The patient's date of birth is also shown.

This information is presented in the following format:
John Doe (NP, DoB 07/25)

How It Works

  1. Form Submission: When a patient submits a form, the system records their name and date of birth.

  2. Information Display: The patient's name is displayed alongside the "NP" identifier and their date of birth.

Key Benefits

  • Improved Identification: Quickly recognize new patients and view their essential details at a glance.

  • Streamlined Workflow: Minimize time spent verifying and cross-referencing new patient information.

  • Enhanced Patient Management: Facilitate accurate and efficient processing of new patient submissions.

Example Display

Below is an example of how new patient information appears in the system:

John Doe (NP, DoB 07/25)

In this example:

  • "John Doe" is the patient's name.

  • "NP" signifies that John is a new patient.

  • "DoB 07/25" indicates his date of birth is July 25.

This streamlined presentation ensures your team can manage new patient submissions efficiently and accurately.
