Checking Voicemail Campaign Logs

Written by Alyssa Elso

The Campaign Logs page in Practice by Numbers allows you to track the performance of your ringless voicemail campaigns.

You can review how many voicemails were sent, how many were successfully delivered, and why certain messages may have failed.

This information helps your practice monitor voicemail activity and identify potential delivery issues.

Note: Campaign Logs currently display voicemail activity only. We will add email and SMS logs in a future update.

Common Voicemail Delivery Failures

The Phone Number Does Not Support Voicemail

Some phone numbers cannot receive ringless voicemail messages.

This may include certain landline numbers or phone lines that don't have an active voicemail box.

What You Can Do

If a voicemail fails because the recipient's number doesn't support voicemail, consider reaching the patient through another communication method, such as email or SMS.
