Correct Report to Use in Dentrix Ascend
Instruct the office to navigate to: Dentrix Ascend Portal → Reports → Provider A/R Totals
Before running the report:
Ensure the Include Unapplied Credits checkbox is selected
Use the values from the Total row
Do not use the Provider Totals row
Using the Provider Totals row will often cause mismatches with Practice IQ.
