Understanding Appointments Booked from Campaigns

Written by Alyssa Elso

The Appointments column on your Campaigns page shows how many patients scheduled an appointment after receiving your campaign messages.

How This Number Is Calculated

An appointment is counted when:

  • A patient receives a campaign message (text or email), and

  • They schedule or complete an appointment within 14 days

This number only includes appointments that were scheduled in the last 30 days.

How to Read This Column

Think of this as: “How many appointments did this campaign help generate?”

For example, If your Recall Campaign shows 20 appointments, that means 20 patients booked after receiving your messages within that 14-day window.

Important Things to Know

  • It’s based on when the appointment was scheduled
If you reuse an old appointment (like from a quick fill list), it may not count.

  • There’s a 14-day window
If a patient books more than 2 weeks after your message, it won’t be included.

  • Only recent activity is shown
The column reflects appointments scheduled in the last 30 days.

Why This Matters

This column helps you quickly see:

  • Which campaigns are bringing patients back in

  • What’s working (and what’s not)

  • How your outreach is impacting your schedule
