What Is the “Save Form Progress” Button?
The Save Form Progress button appears on all active patient forms, right next to the Submit and Continue buttons. Clicking it securely saves the form in progress, including:
Typed responses
Selected options
Uploaded files
Patients can return later using the same secure link sent via email or text to resume where they left off.
⚠️ Note: Saved drafts are private and accessible only to the patient via the original SMS or email link. The practice does not see the form until it is fully submitted.
How It Works (From the Patient’s View)
Open the digital form from their email or text message.
Begin filling out their information.
Click “Save Form Progress” at any time.
Close the form, if needed.
Reopen it later from the original link.
Resume from exactly where they left off and submit when ready.
