The Save Draft feature allows patients to save partially completed forms so they can return later to finish and submit them without losing progress.

Saving a Draft

  • A "Save Form Progress" button is available next to the Submit and Continue buttons.

  • Drafts save all entered information, including text, selections, and uploaded files.

  • Patients who click "Back to Office Forms" will be prompted to save their changes.

  • An optional auto-save feature saves progress every two minutes while working on the form.

Retrieving a Draft

  • Patients can access their saved drafts when reopening a form.

  • A "Last saved" timestamp appears above the form title when a draft exists.

Submitting a Form

  • Once a form is submitted, any saved draft is automatically deleted.

Additional Features

  • A confirmation notification appears when a draft is saved.

  • A tooltip explains how the draft feature works.

  • Saving and retrieving drafts happens quickly (under two seconds).

This feature helps prevent data loss and improves the patient experience.
